Their story started over ten years ago, when Brad and Kathy Hopson moved to Bribie Island in 1999 from Blaxland NSW with their children Ben & Emily. Both children went through Banksia Beach Primary School and graduated from Bribie High School in 2006 and 2008. Now studying at Sunshine Coast University and South Bank Institute of Technology as well as working part time in other local businesses. Brad and Kathy both believe in not only working but also contributing to the community they live in. Through hard work and professionalism in their trade it has seen their business go from strength to strength and now is proudly going into their 11th year on Bribie Island.

The business is owned by Brad Hopson who has over 26 Years experience in the Real Estate Industry. To help Promote and Market holiday and owner owned units in Hervey Bay. Brad worked in and promoting a successfully run home show promotion held in Melbourne.  Kathy Hopson - Married to Brad for 24 years with their two adult children Ben and Emily bought up on Bribie Island and attending local schools. Kathy has a wide experience in Marketing, and Promotion. Working for the then Caboolture Shire Council Libraries from 2000 -2005 as a Part Time Senior Library Technician, and at the same time part time contract work in various roles at Bribie Island High school from 2000 -2010.
