I was impressed from the first instance
It is not often that I feel the need to put into writing a formal "Thank You" however from the moment you entered my home with regard to selling my property. You were not only two very nice and approachable people but after agreeing to list my property with you, I was impressed from the first instance, not only because you sold my property before it was even photographed and listed on the internet, but every step of the way after that, you have shown not only dedication and professionalism but you have gone the extra mile. The purchaser had many questions as he is presently located in north Qld, nothing was too much trouble as you returned to measure and gather information several times. Personally I have had my own Real Estate Agency for many years till I retired, so I feel I am qualified to have a valid opinion, all I can say is I wish that more agents gave the service and care and had the ability that you and Karen have to make the client feel that "they" are important to you and that they are receiving your very best efforts. Which in fact you gave me, the result speaks for itself. Once again thank you so much.
