I was impressed from the first instance

It is not often that I feel the need to put into writing a formal "Thank You" however from the moment you entered my home with regard to selling my property. You were not only two very nice and approachable people but after agreeing to list my property with you, I was impressed from the first instance, not only because you sold my property before it was even photographed and listed on the internet, but every step of the way after that, you have shown not only dedication and professionalism but you have gone the extra mile. The purchaser had many questions as he is presently located in north Qld, nothing was too much trouble as you returned to measure and gather information several times. Personally I have had my own Real Estate Agency for many years till I retired, so I feel I am qualified to have a valid opinion, all I can say is I wish that more agents gave the service and care and had the ability that you and Karen have to make the client feel that "they" are important to you and that they are receiving your very best efforts. We had our house on the market for nearly a year, we decided after so many real estate’s offering the world and taking our money with no return to call Remax Island Properties at Bribie. Day 1: Victoria Nicholson and Nathan Moore came out to our home, they listened to our concerns, they were straight to the point showing us how they work, how they would market our house and we happily signed with them. Nathan was appointed to follow through with the sale, open homes etc. He never let us down once, he followed through with everything that was promised.
